Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A deposit may be required to confirm your order, with the balance payable upon completion of the work. Payment methods and schedules will be agreed upon during the consultation.
We will make every effort to complete delivery and installation within the agreed timeframe. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly. Customers are responsible for ensuring the workspace is prepared for installation.
Cancellations must be made in writing within 14 days of placing the order. Refunds will be provided for cancellations made within this period, minus any costs incurred. Once manufacturing or installation has begun, cancellations will not be eligible for refunds.
We guarantee the quality of our materials and workmanship for a specified period, details of which will be provided with your order. This does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorised modifications.
Marble Vision is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability will not exceed the cost of the services provided.
